Earn $15.50 per hour for 1st shift, $16.50 for 3rd shift to start. Centro has competitive benefits.
Initially inspects, finishes, and assembles product in accordance with customer specifications, Centro Safety and ISO 9001 Quality Systems. Maintains efficiency and scrap standards. Packages or otherwise prepares product for shipment to the customer.
This is a medium-level industrial-labor position that requires the ability to work at a fast pace. Use of various hand and power tools, periodic lifting of weight up to 50 lbs., and the ability to be on your feet for long periods are required.
Involves computer use to access work instructions. Must be detail oriented, able to follow detailed work instructions, and able to efficiently and effectively detect and communicate molding defects. Will create and maintain accurate records.
Good communication skills and excellent attendance and punctuality are required. A commitment to Safety, Quality, Teamwork, Customer Satisfaction, and Continuous Improvement is required.
A pre-employment physical exam and drug screen is required.
