Altoona - Leasing Agent / Assistant Mgr
IMMEDIATE HIRE
Temporary - 40-60+ Days
$15.00-16.00/hr
20 hrs/ week
Person needs to be a self starter, and highly motivated. Will be assisting Prop Mgr. with daily operations: applications, key turn in/out, tours, compliance, resident interactions, computer work, phone work, etc.
Candidate must be:
a) Experienced with property management / leasing, etc.
b) responsible and dependable. (solid work history)
c) bright, sharp, and personable
Hours:
Mon thru Friday (slight flexibility)
Mon - 11:00an - 3:00pm
Tues - 11:00am - 2:00pm
Wed - 11:00am - 2:00pm
Thurs - 9:00am - 4:00pm
Fri - 11:00am - 2:00pm
Applicants must pass:
a) Background Screen â Clean criminal history
b) Drug Screen & Reference Check
