Community Managers Team (one person in office and one in maintenance) oversee the day-to-day operations and sales of the manufactured home community.
Duties include but are not limited to:
– Sales/leasing
– Rent collection
– Resident relations
The ideal candidate should have:
– Previous experience in property management
– Customer service skills
– Collections experience
– Computer knowledge
Salary range will be between 45K to 50K for the team plus housing, utilities, commission, monthly and annual bonuses.
