Role: Business Analyst Delivery Manager

Requirements:

• Schedule introductory meetings with the contracted BSA team members to gauge their level of expertise and maturity in the role.
• Mentor all contract BSA staff on a daily, weekly and monthly basis depending on the needs of the team; regularly provide feedback to the team lead about the health of the team and gaps in maturity of team members.
• Ensure BSA staff are following dual track agile principles.
• Work with Agile Coaches to mentor BSA's on the defined processes and enforce standards.
• Evaluate the performance of the team BSA's and their value to the team on a regular basis; determine their ability to keep pace with the demands of the role.
• Ensure BSA's have the inputs they need to be successful for assigned projects, assist them in resolving issues, risks, dependencies in current projects.
• Evaluate the BSA staffing model for current and future projects, make sure the right talent is aligned to the right projects at the right time.
• Make staffing recommendations and help evaluate (interview and select) talent presented for open positions.
• Be the escalation point for the BSA roles when projects are in trouble to assess action needed, collaborate with delivery leaders, project core teams, stakeholders and team leaders as needed to define the appropriate path forward.
• Meet regularly with other role-based Delivery Managers to discuss and remediate staffing issues on specific projects.
• Make process improvement and operating model recommendations; lead the definition, training and roll-out of those recommendations.
• Must be able to be objective and fair in their assessment of current and future BSA talent; not skewed or influenced by talent currently employed by or presented from their home consulting firm.

Job Description:

This candidates must be a very polished Delivery Leader with 10+ years of BSA experience, strong stakeholder management, risk, issue, and staffing management experience is needed. This candidate must have Agile experience, and a strong background with data integration and healthcare domain knowledge/experience is required. This individual will be in client leadership meetings and sit on the Core team of many projects. In this role, the candidate will be working across the entire client Data portfolio of projects and be held accountable.
