POSITION DESCRIPTION DIRECT CLIENT Position Number of positions: 1 Length: 11 Months + Location: Des Moines, IA 50319 Immediate interviews Either Web Cam or In Person Interview
We are looking for a versatile Project Coordinator to coordinate Testing and QA activities.

This role would be responsible for day-to-day management and coordination of all testing activities, as well as, the test plan, testing resources and pertinent documentation for web-based Applications.

This position will work closely with the Modernization Project Manager, Design Busines Analyst, Interfaces Business Analyst, Data Conversion Business Analyst, UI Mod Vendor, and Business SMEs.

This position reports to the head of Enterprise Project Management Office, working at the direction of the Project Manager.

Requirements
Involvement in prior technology implementation with understanding of SDLC [3 years required]
Experience testing system functionality against requirements/specifications [2 years required]
Understanding and/or experience with project management core principles: scope, budget, timeline, resources. [3 years required]
Experience coordinating project activities, including task and resource management. [3 years required]
Strong communication skills with technical teams, business teams, leadership and vendors. [3 years required]
Established organization skills, keeping self and team on track [3 years required]
High quality documentation: project/test plans, test cases, testing instructions, test results/summary, process maps. [3 years required]
Experience eliciting/understanding requirements from business SMEs based on test results. [2 years required]
Experience using workflow management tools (ex. Jira, TFS, Trello, Kanban, etc). [2 years required]
