Iowa Staffing is searching for an Inserter Technician for an office equipment company on the East side of Des Moines. This will be a direct hire position1st Shift hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (hours might vary a little). Pay will be $15.00-$16.00 an hour. Service Technicians will be responsible for repairing equipment and software solutions. Job duties include: Good problem-problem solving skills and electronic troubleshooting skills, and Mechanical troubleshooting skills.
The requirements are listed below:
-High School Diploma or GED required.
-Good computer skills: type 40-50 wpm, data entry skills, proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
-Excellent customer service and phone skills and a professional demeanor.
-Must have good organizational and communication skills.
-Must be able to multi-task and handle a busy work environment.
