We are looking for a trustworthy, take-charge individual to join our growing team. The Job Site Supervisor is responsible for managing crews and overseeing projects, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring client satisfaction. Our ideal candidate is experienced, reliable, and team-focused.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee and manage subcontractors and construction crews
Serve as onsite quality control and safety specialist, ensuring everyone in the field and onsite adheres to safety standards and OSHA regulations at all times.
Coordinate all material deliveries for the start of each job, ensuring accurate inventory
Maintain professional and clear communication with the clients, crews, suppliers, and internal teams
Schedule and manage inspections and permits
Develop and execute punch lists in a timely manner
Perform warranty work
General administrative duties
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in roofing and siding required
Confidence to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal communication skills
Excellent analytical problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Proven leadership skills with a diverse workforce
Excellent time management skills
Must be comfortable using mobile applications
8Must maintain a clean driving record in order to drive company vehicle and obtain permits
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND ENVIRONMENT:
Must be willing and able to climb ladders and work on rooftops
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to work in extreme environments
