Property Maintenance Tech
Hours: 8:00AM â 5:00PM (40 hours / week)
Pay: $16/HR
When: IMMEDIATE
Key Details:
Tech works with minimal supervision in the performance of normally assigned duties and works with others to maintain the facilities in a safe, sound and sanitary condition.
QUALIFICATIONS
a) minimum of a high school education
b) good, well rounded mechanical skills
c) valid DL
d) fairly clean criminal history
DUTIES
a) will be required to wear uniforms during working hours.
b) Make Ready - Cleaning out / maintenance and janitorial tasks restoring unit to like new condition
c) Completing repair work orders and scheduling preventative maintenance (including paperwork)
d) Painting - Interior/Exterior
e) Servicing ovens, refrigerators, furnaces, hot water heaters, air conditioning, motors, pumps and all equipment
f) Servicing, clearing interior and exterior drain lines
g) Light Snow Removal
h) Window repair/replacement - broken windows, screen inserts, shades, brackets, rods, etc.
i) Minor carpentry, electrical systems, water, gas and sewer lines, roofs, walls, floors, gutters and downspouts
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
a) must be available for overtime work when necessary, handle emergency requests after work hours.
b) may be required to assume scheduled "on-call" responsibilities or support after hours
RESPONSIBLE TO:
a) reports directly to the Maintenance Super and/or the Property Manager.
