We are looking for anÂEntry Level Recruiting CoordinatorÂwho is comfortable and eager to facilitate the hiring process from beginning to end. In this busy role, youll partner with area clients and applicants to:Â
- Coordinate scheduling of candidate interviews.Â
- Determine client needs: including searching resume databases, networking/cold calling, and job fairs.
- Coordinate candidate assessment testing.Â
- Conduct candidate reference checks and criminal background checks.Â
- Other duties as required.Â
