V-Soft Consulting is currently seeking Lead Business Systems Administrator - Reporting and Business Processes client in Dubuque, Iowa. This is a full-time, direct hire position in financial services industry. WHAT YOU’LL NEED: Education and Experience »
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, related field or equivalent experience required
7-10 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Change Management Lead or related
Proven experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies and issue resolution techniques.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities »
Understanding of API and SSO integrations
Experience in testing processes, change management, and vendor management
Experience in data mapping, system conversions, systems integration and software development
Proven ability to work in fast paced environment and meet project deadlines
Strong customer service experience and advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well individually and in a team environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO: Job Responsibilities:
Provides metrics, KPIs and reports to determine ROI for project execution and results.
Socialize project bases changes with business leadership and business users, identify and manage anticipated resistance, evaluate and ensure user readiness and coordinate training & adoption across impacted lines of business
Utilizes expertise to proactively identify areas for operational efficiencies and design/articulate a means SME for critical banking functions;
Partner with LOBs and Enterprise support functions to build out data driven analytics that will help prospecting, next best product and identification of sales opportunities
for process improvement.
Participates in HTLF Business Recovery plan and actively participates with testing of plan.
Defines and leads governance for Salesforce Knowledge Base and Case Management.
Participates in long term strategy planning to advance HTLF processes, systems and applications.
Gather requirements, coordinates implementation and communicates for system (primarily Salesforce) metrics, KPIs and reports to align with effective evaluation of business strategy.
Works closely with business lines to find, review, and analyze vendor capabilities from a technical perspective.
Develops relationships with key vendors to stay abreast of strategic direction for vendor products.
Completes annual E-Learning Plan and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) training as assigned and keeps up-to-date knowledge of BSA as it relates to the job function.
Works independently on more complex projects and processes.
Creates or assists others in writing end-user documentation, instructions and procedures to be used for training to use new of modified software.
