Position Description :
Greet and serve beverages to buffet guests in a quick, efficient, and courteous manner. Set up and maintain a clean dining room.
Job Functions
Greet guests; receive and fulfill / refill beverage orders.
Perform all side work as indicated by the start of shift checklist.
On an ongoing basis clear, wipe, and reset tables according to table setting standards.
Return any dirty dishware to designated area.
Keep floor clean of debris.
Make coffee, serve, and refill beverages on a regular basis.
Assist runners in wiping down beverage stations.
Refill empty salt and pepper shakers, refill and wipe down napkin dispensers and clean and replace (when necessary) all ashtrays.
Position Requirements :
Must be 18 years or older
Must be able to stand and walk for the duration of a normal shift.
Other physical requirements of the job include but are not limited to reaching, grasping, lifting, and kneeling.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Must be able to obtain / maintain any necessary licenses and / or certifications.
