The Galena Brewing Company is now hiring a full time KITCHEN MANAGER/COOK to work at our Galena, IL location. This position will be responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant kitchen. He/she will create/manage menus, oversee kitchen budget and ensure compliance with local health codes and ensure that proper safe food handling and preparation procedures and standards are followed, manage/supervise all kitchen staff as well as overseeing the inventory and ordering of food and supplies, to optimize profits and ensure that guests are satisfied with their dining experience. Must be willing to work holidays, evenings and weekends.
