Sedona Staffing has an immediate open for a PM Sous Chef
with a Galena Business.Â
Full-time hours including most nights and weekends.Â
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be experience and can work in a fast paced kitchen with high quality and consistency standards.Â
Willingness to work multiple stations when needed and work well under pressure.
Prepare and serve all required food items in accordance with established portions and presentation standards.
Set up service units and prep cook station with needed items. Maintain and break down as appropriate.
Ensure that assigned work areas and equipment are clean and sanitary according to Restaurant standards and state and local health and safety regulations.
Maintain security and safety in the kitchen according to Restaurant policy.
Maintain neat professional appearance and observes personal cleanliness rules and sanitation standards at all times.
Perform other duties as appropriate.
Qualifications:
High school required.
Culinary experience required.Â
Ability to analyze and solve problems; efficiently handle multiple duties under pressure with minimal supervision; work flexible hours as required including nights/holidays/weekends.
Positive attitude, professional manner and appearance in all situations.
Wage: $25k - 35k based on experience
Benefits includePaid Vacation, Health Benefits and $150 Hiring Bonus after 90 days
