Wisconsin Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Technician for residential properties located in Lancaster! WMC offers competitive wages and flexible scheduling between the hours of 7:00 am and 8:00 pm. Standard hours are Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities include general plumbing and electrical repairs, apartment turnovers, completion of service work orders, painting, and general cleaning and upkeep of the property and grounds.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle and current insurance
General knowledge in residential maintenance
Own your own basic hand tools
Good human relations skills and the ability to work well with others
Must have the ability to follow oral and written instructions
Must be trustworthy and be able to work independently
