WMC is seeking at part-time (15-25 hours per week) Maintenance Technician to work at residential properties in Galena, IL and Scales Mound, WI with flexible hours. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the overall maintenance of residential and/or commercial properties in the community assigned to under direction of the Site Manager and/or Property Manager. This position will need to be available for occasional emergency on call as needed.
Responsibilities include general property maintenance, unit turnovers, work orders, common area cleaning, and maintaining the grounds/snow removal. Requires valid DL & reliable vehicle/insurance, must have general knowledge in residential maintenance, and must own your own basic hand tools.
