Position Title: CNC - Machinist
Wage: $14.00-$16.00 per hour
Shift: 2nd (train on 1st)

This company is seeking a range of CNC and machine operators from entry level to experienced programmers. Pay is pending experience. If you're experienced and seeking more pay, please still apply!
This position is only 10-15 minutes from Dewitt, 30 minutes from Dubuque, and 40 minutes from Davenport.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work from programming instructions and operations data and machine setup instructions defining and coding tool arrangements.
- Operate CNC- lathe machines to produce valves, fittings, vents, and diffusers.
- Utilize measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, and height stands.
- Check parts for conformance of specifications.
- Load and unload product into robotic machinery.
- Utilize a variety of fixtures and tooling.
Requirements:
- Must be able to stand throughout entire shift.
- Must be able to bend, kneel, and crouch for entire shift.
- Must be able to grasp, pinch, and finger product throughout entire shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 30LBS repetitively throughout shift.
- Must be able to lift up to 50LBS occasionally throughout shift.
- Must be able to read and utilize measuring devices such as calipers and micrometers.
- Must be able to read and understand blue prints.
- Must be able to work in hot environments.
- Must have computer knowledge.
- CNC machining experience preferred.
