Position ÂSummary:
Â
Responsible for fabricating weldments per print and per AWS specifications.
Â
Â
Essential Functions:
Â
Â
- Support of the Safety Policy in day to day activities.
Â
- Complete job setups through the use of process sheets and work instructions.
Â
- Organize weld booth to efficiently process jobs and report month end inventory
Â
Â- Ensure fixtures are maintained properly.
ÂWeld details to specifications from drawings.
Â
ÂSkills:
Â
Â
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization as a team member.
Â
Ability to comprehend and interpret weld symbols.
Â
Ability to shift priorities from job to job to satisfy customer requirements.
Â
Ability to manage time and multitask.
Â
Reliability concerning attendance and punctuality.
ÂÂ
Multilimb Coordination and manual dexterity allowing lifting capabilities up to fifty pounds.
ÂÂ
Knowledge of appropriate ISO policies and procedures.

Â
Experience and Education:
Â
High school diploma ( or GED or high school equivalence certificate )
Acceptable math, communication, blueprint & tape measure reading, skills
Good knowledge of hand-operated power tools, with a solid mechanical aptitude
Starting wage - 17-18 an hourÂ
