TEMPORARY Graphic Assistant for 12-24 months in Lancaster, WI
Mon-Fri, 8am-4pm
Description:
Assist the operation in specific areas of quality and process improvement by assuring the accuracy of press line documents, inputting and updating SAP data and other spread sheets for routing and maintains the plants Customer sampling program.
Job Duties:
Acts as a safety leader and puts safety first in all responsibilities.
Works in conjunction with the EHS Manager to establish and maintain all policies and programs to assure a safe working environment.
Reviews the daily backlog to identify new jobs added or adjustments in the schedule to assure job tickets are put together and delivered to the manufacturing floor.
Also picks up and files the data from jobs produced
Maintains the graphic library and files artwork.
Processes graphics notifications and GSR initiated emails
Coordinates, updates, communicate and tracks, through reports, all timing information on incoming graphic materials.
Maintains drawdown booklets
Coordinates, prepares and ships Customer requested samples
Attends Post Pro meetings to capture the data from the reviews in a spread sheet. Cuts required samples from the approved post pro reviews.
