Traveling Outside Sales Rep!
ASPEN EXTERIORS is a National Restoration company licensed to work in 22 states that is hiring traveling outdoor sales reps to help clients go through the insurance process of roof restoration, acting as an advocate meeting up with their insurance adjuster, working outside, setting your own hours!
This is an Independent Contracting position/high commission. Getting 10 roofs approved in a month = approximately $10,000 to $15,000 in commission per month, sky’s the limit!
Complete a training program in a classroom setting in Minnesota for 2-1/2 days, followed by ongoing training out in the field. Recent field training territory includes IOWA, ARKANSAS, MINNESOTA, MISSOURI, PENNSYLVANIA, OHIO locations, territories subject to change as unpredicted storms hit.
Must be willing to travel overnight at least 4-5 days at a time where hail & wind storms have hit.
Must be energetic, have good communication skills, be able to communicate face-to-face or over the phone with homeowners, walk neighborhoods, knock doors, hand out flyers, turn in paperwork in a timely manner, keep appointments scheduled, and be willing to work with an awesome support team who want to help you succeed, desire for the potential to make 6 figures, previous sales, construction, roofing, or any kind of customer service experience preferred, but not necessary. We will train you if you are the right candidate.
Must be able to climb a ladder & get on a roof in order to take pics of storm damage!
Must have a decent cell phone in order to use apps on your phone and submit order forms to the headquarters.
Must provide a current driver's license, reliable vehicle, tape measure, and a 17' fold-up lightweight ladder that can fit in the backseat of a small car.
Your first year you are a rookie, learning from your sales manager, getting the trade mastered. Once accomplished, there is opportunity to move up into a sales manager role.
