As a cook on our culinary team, you will be scratch cooking for Epic staff, customers, and guests. Our menus change daily to reflect a variety of regional, seasonal, international dishes, often striking a balance between accessible and esoteric food. You'll learn new dishes as you rotate through the Grill, Entrée, and Soup/Salad/Sandwich stations. You'll also flex your creative muscles by contributing to daily specials. Requirements:
-Fine dining, large-volume experience preferred
-Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
