We are creating an attorney network of of-counsel's to work with us nationwide with help of credit card and unsecured debt settlement. We will be in need of a quick review of clients file then if the client ever receives a summons we will be in need of local representation (MTD, Answer, Prepare Discovery, Respond to Discovery, Motions/Petitions, if needed, etc.).
