Florilli Transportation based out of West Liberty, IA is accepting resumes for the position of Driver Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for the ideal person with a dynamic personality and excellent communication skills to join the Florilli Transportation team.
The Driver Development Manager Responsibility's include but are not limited to:
Conducting New Driver Orientation (Davenport Iowa)
Assisting new drivers in completing new hire written and online documents
Introducing company policy and procedures thru a power point presentation
Ability to train new drivers on the Peoplenet in cab tablet (satellite)
Checking new drivers into assigned equipment, assisting with driver retention, as well as other assigned duties.
Requirements :
Previous Transportation experience with a valid Class A CDL is preferred, but not required. You must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, and possess a valid driver's license. This is a full time Monday-Friday position that also includes every 3rd Saturday from 8 am till noon.
