Description
Working with a Eastern Iowa client who services all of Iowa. They are looking for someone to help support their Northeast Iowa clients. This person ideally would have a very strong technical aptitude and openness to learn. This opportunity offers outstanding benefits, comes with a standard 40 hour work week, and either company vehicle or vehicle allowance. In this position you will provide top notch customer service. In addition to other duties, you will perform installation and service of physical security systems including safes and remote transaction carrier systems. Electronic security systems including CCTV, access control, fire and intrusion alarms.

4 weeks vacation and a company vehicle or vehicle allowance M-F: 8am-5pm, No weekends or Nights
THIS POSITION IS HOME EVENINGS
- Communicate with suitable vendors to coordinate needed repairs
- Comply with company quality standards to ensure sound electronic data records
- Manage equipment inventory, collaborating on purchases as needed
- Retain records of daily data communication transactions, problems and solutions or installations
Requirements
-Willingness to learn and a electro-mechanical aptitude.
- Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity
- Detailed and have the ability work independently
- Adeptness in cabling
- Basic Troubleshooting experience desired
- Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
- Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with individuals of all backgrounds
