Orchestrate Hospitality is seeking seasoned hospitality managers, culinarians, servers, and more for the exciting new developments we are working on in Pella, Iowa that will open in July 2019.
Liberty Street Kitchen will be located in the Royal Amsterdam Hotel, on Pellas Molengracht Plaza and adjacent to the towns bustling square.
Liberty Street Kitchen is a casual bistro celebrating contemporary rural living and offering internationally inspired cuisine with a local focus. The menu will showcase refined salads and small plates, hearty entrées, sandwiches and more alongside signature cocktails, craft beer and a thoughtful wine list. Featuring a comfortably elegant dining room and bustling bar, Liberty Street Kitchen is set to be a new gathering place for Pella residents and visitors alike.
We are seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the opening team and become a part of the Pella business community. The right candidate will have at least 2 years of leadership experience in a high volume restaurant, a hospitality attitude and a drive to take care of employees and guests. This position will be responsible for all aspects of the restaurant.
Must be available nights and weekends. This is a full time position.
We are also seeking bartenders, servers, line cooks, dishwashers, and prep cooks to join our team for full time or part time positions.
