We are a growing Insurance Agency and we are looking for a new full-time team member to serve our customers. Our ideal team member has at least a high school diploma, can type 30+ WPM, is a great communicator, enjoys connecting with people and working hard towards a goal. This is an entry-level career opportunity in a stable industry.

Skills/Qualifications:

Multi-tasks so well that plate spinners look on with awe!

Gets stuff DONE.

Coachable: Willing to follow processes and instructions.

Problem solving: Able to identify and find solutions to customers problems.

Extremely organized and detail oriented

Knows how to work a PC including Microsoft Office

Communication: Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Licensing: Must have or quickly obtain an active state insurance license.

Job Duties:

ïƒ Provide outstanding service to policyholders by always following thru on promises and maintaining great communication.

ïƒ Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to help the customer identify specific products and solutions.

ïƒ Offer the coverage that will best protect our clients quality of life should a claim occur.

ïƒ Review renewal business and identify appropriate follow-up action.

ïƒ Use our available technologies to be very effective.

ïƒ Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints and comments as well has actions taken.

ïƒ Process policy applications and required documentation.

ïƒ Manage the premium payments daily.

ïƒ Manage lapse/cancellation notices by reviewing cancellation and renewal lists weekly to ensure a high level of retention and profitability. Contact customers when appropriate on cancellations.

ïƒ Maintain a welcoming, friendly environment for our guests.

ïƒ Always asks for referrals and thanks customers for their business
