Customer Service Representative- Inbound Call Center in Davenport, IA NO SALES

Please Note: this work will be performed ONSITE. All Social Distancing guidelines are followed. The Facility is cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis. This will NOT involve remote or work from home.
Our client is currently seeking customer service professionals to join their team in Davenport, IA! No prior experience is needed and candidates with all types of working backgrounds are encouraged to apply to this Inbound call center role!
The Inbound Customer Service Representative job will involve the following:
40 hours a week
Monday - Friday
1st shift hours
Weekly pay
No Sales involved!
Overtime
Paid training period

Responsibilities of the Inbound Customer Service Representative:
Review tickets in a timely and efficient manner
Provide excellent and professional customer service
Obtain sufficient and accurate ticket information from customers
Demonstrate accuracy when entering tickets
Provide excellent customer service
Achieve the minimal ticket quantity and/or processing time and ticket quality standards

Requirements for the Inbound Customer Service Representative:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent required
Excellent Communication skills and organizational skills
Willingness to take some phone calls sometimes
Self-Motivated team player
Attention to detail and good listening skills
Must be dependable and have good attendance and be punctual
