You would be paid a percentage of the total cleaning fee instead of an hourly rate (definitely a win for you!)

As a Tidy Ninjas team member, you would be an independent contractor which means:
1) You would be able to provide us your preferred schedule and hours you are available and jobs would be assigned to you based on your availability.
2) You would be paid a percentage of the total cleaning fee instead of an hourly rate (definitely a win for you!)
3) You would be responsible for taking taxes out of your paycheck or paying these taxes at the end of the year due to you being a 1099 employee.
4) You would be responsible for maintaining and providing proof of both General Liability and Workers Compensation insurance for you working as a subcontractor for Tidy Ninjas.

Requirements:
3 years home cleaning experience
Must have access to a mobile phone, internet, and a reliable car.
At least one member of the team can speak and read English
Authorized to work in the US and can pass a background check
Have a partner to work with
