Looking for part-time help managing and maintaining some rental apartments.
Responsibilities may include the following:
-Replacing locks
-Painting
-Cleaning
-Basic plumbing such as fixing leaks and clogs
-Basic electrical such as replacing light fixtures
-Repairing or replacing doors
-Repairing or replacing windows
-Showing vacant apartments to prospective tenants
-Overseeing move-in and move-outs
You do not necessarily have to be able to perform all of the listed tasks.
