Integrated POS based in Eldridge, IA is looking for an Accounting Admin. We are an established company with over 25 years of restaurant point of sale systems sales and support success. This position requires strong customer service and inner-team communication skills, a high level of attention to detail and the ability to accurately multi-task in a quick moving environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
We offer a competitive wage and benefits after 90 days. Our hours are 8:30 am â 5:00pm, Mon-Fri.
Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:
⢠Entering vendor invoices and customer payments into Quick Books
⢠Managing credit card statements\receipts
⢠Maintain a company vehicle maintenance log
⢠Payroll prep for payroll company
⢠Track employee time off
⢠General HR duties
⢠Prepare bank deposits
⢠Match POâs with vendor invoices
⢠Track supply inventory
⢠Act as phone backup for incoming calls
⢠Perform some executive assistant duties as needed
⢠Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
QuickBooks experience
⢠Excellent verbal communication skills
⢠Punctual
⢠Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
⢠Able to multi-task
⢠Self-motivated and able to work independently with limited supervision
⢠Attention to detail and accuracy are required
⢠Excellent customer service and organizational skills
This is a full time position with starting hourly wage based on experience.
