We offer a starting pay range of $10.97 to $12.16 for the Service Specialist position. The schedule will vary.
Additionally, we offer 12 paid days off and 5 holidays per year, a 31% discount at our stores, and a full benefits package for full time employees.
Goodwill offers full-time team members a $500 sign-on bonus, PTO in the first year, and a generous store discount.
