Position Overview:
The Technical Support Engineer will serve as a liaison between Customer Service, Sales, Product Testing and Engineering. They will drive continuous improvement of products, user experience, and services. This crucial role will require an individual to quickly become a product expert so they can ensure customers and teams are able to experience the full potential of the companys products. Overall, this person will be supporting the organizations priority of making an impact in their customers businesses.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical recommendations to customers to assist them in them in their application of products
- Respond to concerns and questions from existing and new accounts via email, chat and phone
- Utilize customer feedback to resolve issues and recommend enhancements of products
Requirements:
- Associates Degree
- 1-2 years of experience in Tech Support or Customer Service preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Foundational knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Human Machine Interface (HMI) required
- Experience with Industrial Automation Products preferred
- Knowledgeable of Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Modicon and GE PLCs preferred
