Position Details:
CNC Machinist
First shift, full time
Monday - Friday 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM.
Occasional overtime on Saturdays.
BASED on experience.

Position Requirements:
Five years minimum and recent CNC machining experience on CNC Lathes and Mills.
CNC programming. (G code and Mazatrol)
Computer literate
Cam experience preferred (AutoCAD, Gibbs CAM, and or Fusion 360)
Print reading plus GD&T knowledge
Competent with inspection methods to verify the quality of work
Reliable and punctual
Have own tools, preferred
Willingness to work in a dynamic environment
Motivated, self-starter with an initiative to succeed
Your responsibilities will include:
Completing tasks on schedule
Meeting quality requirements
Documenting all quality steps
Recording job times
Planning for upcoming jobs
Maintaining a safe and clean shop
Set up and run parts.
Inspects own parts and obtains first article approval when required.
Performs all common types of machining including turning, drilling, boring, facing, forming, reaming, tapping, threading, knurling, slotting, burnishing, chamfering, and deburring.
Obtains information on job requirements from a variety of readouts and presentations including blueprints, analysis sheets, sketches, written and oral instructions, to produce quality products.
Sets up and operates associated manual machines (drill press, milling machine, saw, etc.) as required.
Performs routine machine maintenance
