Transportation Supervisors
TeamOne Logistics in Davenport, IA is currently recruiting for a Dedicated Fleet Account Supervisors Monday – Friday
Job Description:
The fleet supervisor is responsible for onsite client and customer relations, route dispatch, maintaining driver qualification files, implementing company's driver safety program, DOT log compliance, data entry into the TMW dispatch system, etc.
Additional responsibilities include participating in quarterly safety meetings, coordinating the monthly Safety Committee Meeting, performing new hire driver orientations, and partnering with our equipment vendor to ensure compliance of maintenance schedules on all equipment.

Qualifications:
Qualified candidates must possess 3 to 5 years of previous transportation fleet management experience. Candidates should possess a college degree, have excellent oral and written communications skills and possess the proven ability to manage successfully in a highly visible and fast paced account. Candidates must also possess a proven track record for outstanding internal and external customer service satisfaction. Driver trainer certification or previous OTR driving experience is a plus.
