This position requires strong interpersonal andcommunication skills, multitasking and strong attention to detail. Potentialcandidates should have the ability to generate and foster new sales andretention.

A Day in the Life as a Customer ServiceRepresentative
This person responds to customer calls, emails, and otherdirect contacts in a timely manner. A variety of 80+ inbound and outbound callsare handled daily.
Communications are recorded in a CRM system andorders / payments are entered into a separate system, amongst other data entryrequirements.
People in this position listen with intent and ask questions todig deeper into what a potential family needs to be successful, then makerecommendations based on the information provided.
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in related area
Proficient in navigating computer software
Strong listener
Excellent phone skills
Exceptional customer service
Ability to achieve targets.
