Description: Magnum Dedicated is immediately seeking qualified candidates to fill the role of Terminal Manager at our Sioux City NE location. Duties include planning, leading and directing the overall operational activities for a busy and growing terminal and diverse workforce of drivers and office personnel. Must be a strong leader with proven track record of progressive leadership. Previous operational and management experience required within the transportation industry.
Requirements:
Qualified candidates must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
Pervious transportation supervisory experience preferred, with a broad operational background and proven track record of leadership. Must be computer and technology literate.
Experience with TMW or other transportation industry software is required.
Ability to adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
Varying hours and schedule as business needs and workload demands.
Hours: Schedule is generally Monday-Friday, but hours and days may vary based on business need. We are a 24/7 operation so some evening and/or weekends will be required.
Pay: Competitive salary DOE
