Job Title: Field Representative
Status: Independent Contractor or Part-time employment
Pay: Fee Based (average $12-15/hourly)
Schedule: Flexible. Anytime within Monday-Saturday 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Location: Sioux City and NW Iowa

Field Reps visit properties and report their on-site observations for insurance underwriting purposes.
You will provide dimensions, photographs and a complete condition assessment of residential properties.
Field Representatives are responsible for setting their own schedule and must meet minimum production goals.
Employment candidates must pass a pre-employment drug test, background check, and motor vehicle report, be 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States of America.
Qualified candidates will be highly organized and have intermediate computer skills.
Knowledge of construction techniques, materials and roofing is preferred.
Professional conduct, clear, written communication, and strong interpersonal skills are required.
Previous inspection, assessing, construction or roofing experience is advantageous.
Field Reps must be self-motivated with a strong work ethic and able to work with limited and remote supervision.
A reliable vehicle, digital camera, 6-foot monopod or camera pole, measuring device, Windows-based computer, and high-speed internet connection are required.
