What We Are Looking For
Seldin Company is seeking a Part-Time Grounds/Make ReadyTechnician at Castle on the Hill and Aberdeen Apartments in Sioux City, IA. These are affordableProperties with 122 units. The schedule for this position will be Monday-Friday 8AM-1PM or 1PM-6PM, can also be flexible.
This position will pay $15.00/hour.
We pride ourselves in the quality living experience we provide to our residents and therefore are considering individuals with demonstrated abilities in the areas ofgeneral grounds experience, minor maintenance knowledge and the ability to learn new skills.
What You Will Do
The Part-Time Grounds/Make Ready Technicianwill maintain the physical condition and appearance of the community, perform minor and routine maintenance/repairs as well as provide exceptional customer service to the community’s residents.
