Position Summary:

This position requires a dependable, hardworking individual, that is capable of learning and willing to advance into other areas of the organization as the company continues to expand. Responsible for performing a variety of duties related to the setup, delivery, pickup, and processing of Loffler equipment and commodities. Drive a Loffler vehicle for delivery & pickup of equipment & other goods. Responsible for setting up all manufacturers lines of new and refurbishing used copier, printer and/or fax equipment. Confirm and record receipt of inbound and outbound shipments, assign equipment/product and prepare client orders for shipment, load and unload inbound product from trucks, organize and locate products for accurate product assignment. Assist in scheduling equipment delivery, installation and training.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

All areas of responsibility listed below are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position, with reasonable accommodation, if necessary. Any non-essential functions are assumed to be included in “other related duties as assigned”:

- Accurate assignment and completing of customer orders for equipment and accessories.

- Assist in the set-up of all current manufacture’s lines of new and refurbished equipment as determined via the production schedule or manager.

- Counting, verifying, and receiving product with a high level of detail and accuracy.

- Complete work orders/service log and service checklist upon a completion of a set-up to ensure order is complete.

- Complete assigned trainings and achieve certification on currently serviced models.

- Careful and accurate loading and unloading of the delivery vehicle based on daily assignments and routes.

- Install equipment and accessories in the locations designated by the customer.

- Ensure all delivery and acceptance forms are completed in full, signed and returned for processing.

- Unload truck at the end of the day and move equipment picked up to the appropriate area.

- Accurately completing the return to stock documentation for equipment returned at the end of the day.

- Keep the delivery truck clean and maintained as needed. Including recording the log book history for maintenance, keeping the blankets and straps organized.

- Processing of freight damage claims and warranties in relation to a diverse range of products.

- Advise appropriate internal clients (sales, delivery, field service and training) of any potential delivery delays resulting during a set-up.

- Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment daily.

- Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

- Ability to obtain MN DOT health card.

- Good mechanical aptitude.

- Great organizational skills with attention to detail.

- Ability to effectively perform your duties with minimal supervision.

- Ability to perform under pressure and achieve deadlines and results.

- Good customer service skills dealing with internal and external customers.

- Basic computer and smart phone skills.

- Team-orientated individual.

Education/Experience:

- High School Diploma/GED.

- Basic computer and smart phone skills.

- Previous office equipment repair experience a plus.

- Basic Networking experience a plus.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This job does not have supervisory responsibilities.
