Customer Service Representative (Waterloo)

Wage: $13 - $15/hr; pending experience

Schedule: Monday – Friday; occasional Saturdays

Job Duties:

Provides account services to customers; answering questions in person or on telephone

Records transactions and other special services; preparing currency transaction reports

Cross-sells bank products by answering inquiries; informing customers of new services and product promotions

Completes special requests by closing accounts; taking orders for checks; opening and closing accounts

Knowledge Skills & Abilities:

High School Diploma/GED equivalent required; Degree preferred but not required

Excellent customer service skills, attentiveness information retention

Strong communication and organizational skills

Detail oriented with high degree of accuracy

Proficient with computers

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
