We are seeking an experienced Field Service Representative to deliver exceptional on-site technical service as the primary technical liaison between Veolia and our industrial customers. You will work independently across diverse industries, providing expert installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting services for chemical feed equipment and water treatment systems while building lasting customer relationships through technical excellence.
What You Will Do:Technical Service & InstallationInstall, commission, and service chemical feed equipment, pumps, controllers, and instrumentation systems at customer locationsWater Testing and AnalysisObtain samples and perform water testing to include pH, conductivity, hardness, silica, PTSA, etc., and enter data into Veolia’s trending platform (Insight)Customer ConsultationAct as technical consultant providing expert recommendations, training, and solutions to customer management and technical teamsSystem Optimization & TroubleshootingPerform water analysis, calibrate equipment, program controllers, conduct preventative maintenance, and diagnose/resolve system issues through remote support technologies and on-site interventionsDocumentation & ComplianceMaintain detailed service reports, inventory management, and ensure all safety protocols are followedTerritory ManagementSupport multiple customer sites within assigned territory, coordinating with sales teams for optimal service delivery
