DescriptionOfficeTeam is looking for a Property Manager for a Waterloo property management company. The Property Manager will be responsible for:

Establishing rapport with tenants

Scheduling and overseeing maintenance team

Contacting tenants to collect overdue rent

Administrative tasks such as answering the phones, responding to emails, greeting customers, filing, and copying

Executing leases with new and returning tenants

Submitting government assistance paperwork annually.
