Our mission is to help people find their inner style through fashion and hair additions. We have been serving the Cedar Valley since 2009 and launched loveLBL.com in 2015. L B L is a local, woman-owned business. We pride ourselves on being advocates for women empowerment of all ages and race.
We currently have two openings: full-time store leader and a part-time sales specialist. Looking for members to demonstrate excellent product knowledge, fashion advice to assist our customers, ability to make informed style decisions and exceptional customer service is a must. We are looking for talented, fun and professional members to join our team.

LBL Requirements / Qualifications for Full-Time Store Leader ( Minimum 30-35hrs a week )
Knowledge and ability to keep up social media appearances on all platforms
Experience with POS software / On-line / E-commerce
Experience in a retail sales setting is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Positive and friendly attitude
Reliable and punctual
Basic bookkeeping skills, able to run cash register
Commitment to accuracy
Able to memorize product line features and specifications
Must be honest, trustworthy, and hardworking
