Mid Iowa Cooperative/East Central Iowa Cooperative(ECI Coop) are looking to fill a grain origination position. Providing great customer service and having a professional work ethic and building good working relations with grain growers will be key to this position. Good understanding of the grain business. Proven ability to develop solid relations with producers. Passion for helping customers make excellent grain marketing decisions. Have communication skills to fully understand the marketing needs of the targeted producer. Demonstrate strong desire and ability to pursue new grain customers.
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. 3-5 years sales/marketing experience preferred.
