This is a contingent position forecasted for two or more years.Within this role, you will:Supervise wage production employeesSupervise Continuous ImprovementReport labor for employeesSupervise safety of employeesManage cost controlManage and promote qualityManage accountability for work rules and processes at the FoundryRequired Skills and Experience:High school diploma or equivalentExperience with, or supporting, shop floor manufacturing and/or warehouse operationsDemonstrated team leadership skills, preferably in a manufacturing environmentAbility to work flexible hours (to include overtime and/or weekends, as needed)Safety shoes with internal metatarsal protection will be required.*** This position is located in Waterloo, IA.
