Cardinal Capital Management is seeking a part-time, experienced Social Services Coordinator to oversee a residential property located in Waterloo, IA. This person will act as the resident/community advocate by assisting residents with supportive service needs. This person will also work closely with management to ensure safety, compliance, education and general resident mediation.
Candidates should have excellent communication skills, the ability to engage the community and interact with residents, and have excellent organization/time management skills. Prior experience in Social Services (especially working with elderly or individuals with disabilities) or related field is preferred. This position requires knowledge of area resources/services, the ability to problem solve, and the ability to proactively advocate for resident needs.
This is a part-time position that offers a stable, long-term employment opportunity and provides hourly compensation. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
