Outlaw Truck Parts is currently seeking qualified Parts Counter Sales personnel.

The Parts Counter Sales personnel will focus on providing excellent customer service using established customer sales standards.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
¾Determine replacement part required, according to inspection of old part, customer request, or customer description of the malfunction
¾Advise customer on substitution or modification of part when identical replacement is not available
¾Utilize computer to determine part stock number and price
¾Demonstrate equipment to customer and explain functioning of equipment
¾Prepare sales slip or sales contract
¾Receive and fill telephone orders for parts
¾Inspect returned part for defects and exchange defective part or refund money
¾Keep inventory control on cores to be returned
¾Keep display area updated, organized, and priced according to sales fliers
¾Keep work area neat and organized
¾Assist in taking physical inventory of stock
¾Complete training requirements for the parts department
¾Attend scheduled parts meetings
Education/Training or Experience:
¾High School diploma or GED required
¾Diploma from Technical College preferred
¾Intermediate to advanced computer skills required
¾General knowledge of trucks, truck parts, and the trucking industry preferred
