The Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) group provides technology solutions and support for Risk, Audit, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Corporate Properties, and Stakeholder Relations business lines. In addition, EFT provides unique technology solutions and innovation for Wells Fargo Technology, Enterprise Shared Services, and Enterprise Data Management. This combined portfolio of applications and tools are continually engineered to meet the challenges of stability, security, scalability, and speed.Compliance, Legal, Audit & Regulatory Technology (CLAR) provides technology support and development for Legal & Data Controls, Compliance Risk & Audit, Financial Crimes, Front Office and Second Line Risk, Employee Compliance, Regulator Regulations, Market Surveillance, and Regulator Change Management.This position will be part of the Enterprise Compliance Technology team that will support Enterprise Functions Independent Testing & Validation group with their automation, infrastructure, and tools needs in order to effectively conduct testing and validation of enterprise systems by collecting and analyzing data.Position Responsibilities and Expected Outcomes:Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Code and design complex multi-table PowerApps to specification

Maintain both a development and production PowerApps version

Produce power automate flows

Interact with the Office365 API to automate exporting of SharePoint Online data

Assist with PowerShell development to automate SharePoint actions

Collaborate on EFT initiatives to ensure that existing reporting tools and processes are maintained

Collaborate with other team members to ensure all platform tools are integrated to ensure effective business process support

Provide ongoing infrastructure support for existing reporting platform (tableau, SAS, ETL, SharePoint)

Adhere to data governance standards and procedures

Leverage domain expertise and data, business, or process analysis to inform and support solution design

Address technology regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications:4+ years of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

3+ years of experience with PowerApps design (specifically multi-table collects and patches)

2+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Automate

2+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform

2+ years of experience with Office365 API

2+ years of experience with SharePoint Online

2+ years of experience with Sharegate

2+ years of experience with Relational Databases

Desired qualifications:Experience with PowerShell SharePoint PnP

Experience with R or Python

Experience using Teradata

Experience in power BI

Skills in SAS (specifically macros) or SQL, or other data management, reporting and query tools

Experience using SAS

Knowledge of SAS VA and SAS Viya

Advanced skills in Perl, Python, Unix, and other scripting languages

Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to understand data

Experience in Tableau with the ability to diagnose and remediate issues as they occur

Experience in development of automation and reporting tools

GitHub knowledge/administration

Experience with Agile methodologies

Experience in following a software development life cycle process - continuous integration and continuous deployment

Effective oral/written communication skills with the ability to communicate proficiently within all levels of the organization

Ability to translate business or user requirements into technical requirements

Ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a changing environment

Ability to provide clear documentation of source code

Knowledge of risk and regulatory reporting

Financial services industry experience in a risk related capacity

Wells Fargo software engineering experience

Industry-standard technology certifications

A BS/BA degree or higher in information technology
