About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Treasury ManagerIn this role, you will:Manage and develop a team responsible for balance sheet and net interest income forecasts related to loan and capital market products while collaborating and consulting with key stakeholders such as business line Finance, Enterprise Finance, modeling and risk partners

Build deep understanding of dynamics and assumptions related to modelling, including management judgement, and other drivers used to build balance sheet and net interest income projections

Lead core finance deliverables such as monthly and quarterly forecasts, annual budget, comprehensive capital analysis and review (CCAR), and the recovery and resolution planning (RRP) for lending and capital market lines of business

Produce complex monthly and quarterly reporting and analytics to provide management with meaningful insight into underlying drivers impacts balances and yields forecasts and ensure strategic decisions are based on sound financial analysis and credible assumptions

Ensure accurate recurring deliverables are completed timely, establish controlled processes, and support ongoing strategic initiatives such as forecast transformation efforts, process improvements, financial crisis management capability build-out, etc.

Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives

Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers

Lead team to achieve objectives

Required Qualifications, US:4+ years of Treasury experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

2+ years of leadership experience

Ability to work independently, be highly organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks, and take on new challenges

A strong track record of problem solving, attention to detail, critical thinking with a willingness to engage in continuous process improvement

Strong knowledge of financial products as well as the connections between the balance sheet, interest income and revenue composition

Knowledge of Hyperion Essbase reporting using Dodeca or Smartview

Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

Demonstrated ability to influence and lead change, build effective partnerships, and manage cross-functional projects in a matrixed organization

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills combined with strategic business focus

Experience in developing financial projections and establishing financial goals using quantitative and qualitative models

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with proven ability to coherently present complex financial topics tailored to audiences of varying seniority and functions in order to create understanding and influence decisions

A BS/BA degree or higher in one or a combination of the following: Finance, Accounting, Analytics or Reporting
