What You Will Do
The Community Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the property to include showing homes, taking calls, marketing, daily reports, resident interaction, delinquency, occasional court appearances, bank runs, and upkeep of the property. This position reports directly to the Regional Manager and may require some travel.
Who You Are & What Makes You Qualified
One or more years of relevant work experience and/or training preferred
Ability to supervise
Understanding of delinquency goals
Ability to work alone and as a team
Self-motivated and self-directed
Multi- tasking and maintaining control on high volume days
