Leasing Agent Needed
Part-time position available at Lawrence apartment complex. Looking for a team player to work in small office that exhibits good communication skills with a variety of residents and prospective tenants. Approx. 20-25 hrs per week needed and must have morning and Saturday availability.
Job tasks include but are not limited to:
Answering phone calls from residents, prospective residents and vendors
Manage Facebook and Craigslist accounts
Follow up with prospective residents by phone call, e-mail, and text
Take prospective residents on tour of community
Ability to work independently while being a team player
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Complete miscellaneous administrative tasks including filing, office/model cleaning and upkeep, application packet assembly, entering prospect follow up information in rental software
Works directly with and reports to on-site Property Manager
On-site housing discount of 20% available upon request
Must be willing to have a criminal background check performed. Hourly rate is negotiable based on experience. Please send resume with availability.
